Physical Therapy Services

From sports injuries and post-surgical rehab to pelvic floor health, dizziness, and return to activity, our Doctors of Physical Therapy deliver 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions with no referral required.

What to Expect at Carolina Elite

Every patient, regardless of which service they need, moves through the same high-quality, individualized process.

You'll always work directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, never a tech or aide.

1

Comprehensive Evaluation
(session 1)

Your first 60-minute session is a full assessment of your movement, history, and symptoms. We identify the root cause of your pain or dysfunction, not just where it hurts. Treatment begins at this appointment.

2

Personalized Plan of Care

Based on your evaluation, your PT builds a progressive plan tailored to your specific goals. From eliminating pain, returning to sport, or rebuilding strength after childbirth.

3

Hands-on Treatment Every Session

Each visit combines manual therapy, targeted exercise, and patient education. Specialized techniques such as dry needling, IASTM, cupping, joint mobilization, and kinesiotaping are included at no extra charge.

4

Ongoing Access & Progress

You have direct access to your PT between sessions. Text, call, or email them with any questions. Your plan evolves with your progress, and we keep you informed at every step so you understand why each exercise and technique is part of your recovery.

Treatment Techniques Included in Every Plan of Care

At Carolina Elite, specialized treatment techniques are never add-ons or surprise charges. When a technique is clinically appropriate for your plan, it's simply part of your session.

Dry Needling

Thin monofilament needles target myofascial trigger points to reduce pain, release tension, and restore normal muscle function.

All three DPTs are certified.

Cupping

Decompressive cupping increases blood flow, reduces fascial tension, and promotes soft tissue recovery.

IASTM (Scraping)

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization uses specialized tools to break down scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and adhesions.

Therapeutic Exercise

Progressive, science-backed exercise programming to rebuild strength, improve movement, and prevent re-injury.

Manual Therapy

Hands-on joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve neuromuscular control.

Kinesiotaping

Applied between sessions to support joints, reduce swelling, and maintain neuromuscular activation as you return to activity.
